We now have three new full time positions opening at our Aquila headquarters in Melbourne, and are on the lookout for superstars to help write the next chapter for Aquila and the Australian fashion industry. What we’re looking for:

 

MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT: Applications Close Friday 8th July

A Full Time Management Accountant to start ASAP. Reporting to the CFO you will provide timely and key financial and statistical information to management as required. Background in a Retail environment preferred.

We require an accountant with the ability to critically analyse numbers and trends, highlight discrepancies and resolve or communicate issues effectively. We are seeking a candidate that is keen to understand the key drivers of our business, to develop a working relationship with our business units and to gain a deeper understanding of the operation of our business.

The accountant is responsible for general financial accounting duties including the effective, efficient and timely processing and reconciliation of all accounting transactions. This role is responsible for the maintenance of general ledger, month‐end balance sheet reconciliations, internal reporting forms, monthly accruals, payroll journals, intercompany transactions, vendor maintenance and maintenance of the fixed asset register. Other responsibilities include preparation and lodgement of statutory statements and returns and assisting with cash flow monitoring.

 

MARKETING MANAGER: Applications Close Friday 8th July

Reporting to the CMO you will manage the delivery and end to end execution of the complete marketing mix. With a focus on digital, experience and knowledge in social media and digital marketing would be advantageous.

 

VM - CREATIVE MANAGER: Accepting applications

Raise the bar with this newly created role. Reporting to the CMO, you will be responsible for developing and executing cost effective, modern Visual Merchandising initiatives across our portfolio of stores. Solid graphic design and retail visual merchandising skills are imperative.
